Today I had 5 bites of noodle soup for lunch, 2 bites of snickers afterward, and then 3 bites of candy corn. I also had a hot tea with milk and sugar. So today I have had 10 bites already. I will still have a 5 bite supper.
I made myself chicken fried rice, and had 7 rather large bites. I'm also enjoying a cup of lukewarm tea with sugar and whole milk. And I just had a bite of baby ruth.
Totals: 7 for lunch, 8 for dinner, 15 total. And then the tea, but I'm not really counting that.
Monday was awesome, I had 5 bites at each meal and was done with it. Yesterday was not as great. I had had about 8 bites, and my boyfriend called to tell me he was coming to visit. I ate dinner with him, and probably got up to about 15 bites, perhaps more. Then this morning I got up and immediately pigged out (I've got a stressful day coming up) on about 10 bites of food. I have a lunch today, where it will be hard to get away with only 5 bites, but I'll try. Perhaps I can skip supper.
Wednesday was awesome, and Thursday morning I hit a record low weight (for the year). Thursday looked like it would be fine, but turned into a binge fest. This morning I had 4 bites of poptart, and 3 bites of candy. I'm skipping lunch and having 5 bites for supper. Back on track!!
