screwed up!

Have had 3 bites baby ruth, 4 bites tim tam, 1 bite chocolate and 7 bites tortellini.

That's it for the day then!

Bad morning: had 4 bites tim tams, 5 bites tortellini. Will skip lunch, have 5 bites for supper.

Two bites of cupcake, six bites of ginger cookie. Will only eat 5 bites for supper.

Had 4 bites of tim tams in the morning, and 5 for lunch. Planning 5 bites for dinner.

Had a big bite of chocolate and three bites of junior mints this morning. Will still keep to 5 bites for lunch and dinner.

Edit: had 3 bites of tim tam, and another 3 bites of junior mints. This was lunch, 5 bites for supper.

Finished my move finally.

Today I had 5 bites of noodle soup for lunch, 2 bites of snickers afterward, and then 3 bites of candy corn. I also had a hot tea with milk and sugar. So today I have had 10 bites already. I will still have a 5 bite supper.

Had another 4 bites of candy bars, and a half of a roll, and some turkey. So I'm skipping supper.

Total calories: 680 or so

Four bites of candy, and one and a half rolls. Way more than 5 bites, but I'll call it lunch.

Still will have 5 bites for supper, later.

I had 3 bites of candy corn.  Four bites butterfingers, two bites snickers, six bites baby ruth, one bite reese's cup.  Sixteen bites total.

AND THEN

I had a roll and a half, and a little bit of turkey.

Total bites: 16+
Calories: ~1000

Screwed up!

Had 8 bites baby ruth, 10 bites chicken and rice for a total of 18 bites.  26 bites total for the day.  Argh!

Today I've had 4 bites of candy corn, 3 bites of oatmeal and 1 bite hershey's kisses. So, not great.

Will limit supper to only 5!

I made myself chicken fried rice, and had 7 rather large bites.  I'm also enjoying a cup of lukewarm tea with sugar and whole milk.  And I just had a bite of baby ruth.

Totals: 7 for lunch, 8 for dinner, 15 total.  And then the tea, but I'm not really counting that.

Five bites of a milky way for lunch. Chicken for dinner tonight if I get my act together.

Edit: 2 bites munson's chocolates. Will still have a 5 bite dinner.

No excuses this week, I've got no planned lunches, nothing.  I will follow the five bite diet straight through this week and into the weekend!!

Monday was awesome, I had 5 bites at each meal and was done with it.  Yesterday was not as great.  I had had about 8 bites, and my boyfriend called to tell me he was coming to visit.  I ate dinner with him, and probably got up to about 15 bites, perhaps more.  Then this morning I got up and immediately pigged out (I've got a stressful day coming up) on about 10 bites of food.  I have a lunch today, where it will be hard to get away with only 5 bites, but I'll try.  Perhaps I can skip supper.

The weekend was horrible, all my good work erased.

Today I have had 2 bites snickers, 3 bites scrambled eggs.

Wednesday was awesome, and Thursday morning I hit a record low weight (for the year). Thursday looked like it would be fine, but turned into a binge fest. This morning I had 4 bites of poptart, and 3 bites of candy. I'm skipping lunch and having 5 bites for supper. Back on track!!

I added two bites to lunch, a mini baby ruth bar.

Supper was 2 bites baby ruth, 4 bites cheesesticks.

Was hungry so ate lunch early. Only 3 bites of oatmeal granola bar.
